Product Details

The Barge LS Kids is the youth adaptation of the Barge LS, a slimmed-down vulc-like skate shoe. It retains the low-profile canvas/suede combo upper and vulcanized outsole for great boardfeel, but sized for kids. The design is simple and clean, with a deconstructed build (less padding) so kids can move freely. It has an elastic tongue-centering strap (helpful for slip-on ease even with laces tied). Overall, the Barge LS Kids gives young skaters a stylish, minimalist shoe that's easy to wear, perfect for learning tricks or just kicking around.

About the Brand

Why OBEY Clothing Is the Ultimate Choice for Streetwear & Activist Style

OBEY Clothing blends bold graphics, counter-culture origins, and socially conscious design to serve more than just fashion—it makes a statement. Founded by artist Shepard Fairey, OBEY’s roots in street art and activism give its apparel a purpose.

Culture Meets Message

Every OBEY piece is steeped in ideology. From the “Andre the Giant Has a Posse” campaign to influences from John Carpenter’s They Live, the brand uses art as a tool to challenge norms and provoke thought. Their design philosophy emphasizes questioning authority and media propaganda, using the imperative “obey” both literally and ironically.

Style That Speaks Volumes

OBEY Clothing draws heavily from military style, workwear basics, skateboard culture, and punk aesthetics. Expect durable hoodies, graphic tees, jackets, and accessories with bold prints and iconography. Every item is a canvas of identity.

Function Meets Comfort

While message is key, OBEY also delivers everyday wearability. Collections offer layers, sturdy fabrication, and classic cuts so you can look sharp day or night—from skating, streetwalking, to gatherings with friends.

Ethical Design & Consistency

OBEY has worked to maintain integrity in its production and its message. The brand is Fair Trade–certified and tries to balance affordability with responsible practices. Over 20 years, OBEY has stayed true to its ideals—promoting empowerment, creativity, and resistance.

Clothing - Footwear Sizing Chart

Size Chart

Our clothing and shoes are sized using the US sizing system. Please refer to the size chart to determine your US size before placing your order.

1. Tape the paper on the floor with one end against a wall. It’s important that it doesn’t slip so that you’re able to get the proper measurement.

2. Plant one foot on the paper with your heel against the wall.

Foot 1
3. Trace the outline of your foot. It’s easiest to have someone help you with this step. Try not to hold the pencil at an angle, as that can cause an improper measurement.
Foot 2
4. Using your ruler, measure the longest and widest parts of your outline.
Foot 3

5. Repeat with your other foot.

Take down your measurements in both inches and centimeters. Charts may vary in the units used. When comparing your results with a shoe size chart, you’ll want to use the measurement of your larger foot.

Keep in mind that if you’re purchasing a shoe for a child, it may be helpful to buy a larger size to allow them room to grow.
